There are huge expectations for this Orioles squad that surprised everyone winning over 100 games and taking the AL East crown for the 1st time since 2014. They won't surprise anyone this season but bring back all of their young talented core like C Adley Rutschman, 1B Ryan Mountcastle, 3B Gunnar Henderson, and LF Austin Hays. Baltimore also traded for 2021 NL Cy Young winner RHP Corbin Burnes to anchor its rotation. It's World Series or bust for the Orioles in 2024.

It would be a real stunner if Baltimore dropped its home opener in front of a raucous crowd at Camden Yards. It has its newly-acquired ace taking the mound against what should be 1 of the worst lineups in the American League. I love this bet, and you should too.
Over/Under
BET UNDER 7.5 (-105).
These teams are wound tight on Opening Day, and it usually takes a bit for them to get warmed up. You've also got a top-tier pitcher on the mound for the Orioles against a sub-par lineup. Baltimore hit .259 against left-handed pitchers in 2023, and Sandoval is winless against the Orioles in his career.
